The Disabled Sportsmen

The Disabled Sportsmen is a  "Special Interest" section of Catfishing Journals is dedicated to the thousands of outdoors enthusiasts, who have physical, mental, psychological, or special challenges that prevent or hamper their enjoyment of the outdoors. By "Raising Awareness" , our goal is to bridge the gap between the disabled sportsmen  and the general sportsmen along with business market that serves them.

In this section, you will find articles, links, resources, upcoming events, along with various articles direct from the various organizations, and businesses that serve the disabled sportsmen. You will also read personal   stories from the disabled sportsmen themselves on how they overcame their  individual challenges to enjoy our great outdoors.  Due to  severe  injuries I suffered during a assault/robbery that occurred back in January of 2012 (see "Where I've  Been"), I myself have challenges that I must overcome, and is the inspiration for this section.

We would love to hear from other disabled sportsmen: if you have stories, tips, advice, gear, photos, or products and/or services that  you would  like to share, or would like to be a sponsor, please feel free to contact us for more details in the comment section at the bottom of each page, and article; or by email  at:  christopher@catfishingjournals.com
